About the Author

Olga Kazaka began working in the field of communication at the age of 15, founded a public relations agency at 20, and defended her doctoral dissertation in communication science at 30.

She has received the Latvian Association of Public Relations Professionals (LASAP) award and the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) award. Olga Kazaka is also the author of numerous academic and business publications on corporate communications. For 13 years, she taught courses on corporate communication and corporate culture at the University of Latvia. Today, she is frequently invited to speak as a lecturer and motivational speaker at conferences and seminars, serve as an expert in interviews, and participate as a jury member in international competitions.​​

First and foremost, however, Olga Kazaka is a practitioner. She is the co-owner and director of the public relations agency "Olsen+Partners" (formerly "A. W. Olsen & Partners"). Together with her partner, she founded the agency in 2005 and has successfully built it from scratch into one of the largest agencies in Latvia. Campaigns designed and implemented by Olga's team have been recognized as the world's best nine times, earning the highest number of global IPRA GWA awards among all Baltic agencies over the past decade.

In addition, she leads the non-profit organization "Butterfly Effect," which addresses various social issues through communication tools. For many years, Olga has considered the development of the public relations field her primary mission.
